Senior Corporate Actions Analyst

Our client is a leading Wealth Management organisation that offers its clients a diversified range of financial products and services. Due to a sustained period of growth our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team.

This position requires and individual with a high attention to detail / analytical skill base but also the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.  Having a strong background in either domestic or International corporate actions will be an added advantage across both capital and income events. Our client wants to meet candidates who are career focused and are driven to succeed.

To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have a strong working knowledge of corporate actions (Capital and Income events), strong understanding of market operations, good verbal, written communication skills, intermediate skills on excel and word and the ability to build and maintain established relationships. Effective across all risk functions, able to complete all daily reporting and reconciliations duties, intermediate to advanced knowledge across taxation implications.

This is a corporate actions role with a difference,  as well as the day to day,  the role will encompass a number of PROJECT / TESTING related duties and the ability to review and update team practices and procedures.
