This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Customer Service Member. The successful applicant will be action orientated and have demonstrated abilities to handle day to day order entry, manage inbound calls, focus on managing a regional portfolio, achieving KPIs and targets, driving new business, and partner with the sales and marketing team. This role may incorporate direct reports but will depend on the successful applicant’s experience.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Accurate order entry
  • Timely answering and professional management of inbound customer calls
  • Management to budgeted revenue and margin, of a current customer portfolio
  • In conjunction with the Customer Service Sales team, implement and measure outbound sales or 
  • marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with sites and the field sales team to ensure they have the necessary information to meet customer requirements

The key skills required for this role include 

  • Experience in a sales contact centre environment. 
  • Previous experience in a customer Service role
  • Proven ability to work well within a small team 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to display leadership behaviours and to work in a changing environment.
  • A results driven approach 
  • Understanding of call centre operational metrics 
  • Excellent organisational ability and time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
