Senior Data Analyst

• Lead
  data analysis projects for clients and provide data -driven solutions
  
• Work
  with clients to identify areas for improvement and communicate data
  insights to both technical and non -technical stakeholders
  
• Lead
  internal initiatives to develop and improve our data analysis practice
  
• Mentor
  and train junior data analysts
  
• Continuously
  monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analysis methods and
  techniques
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  
• 7+
  years of experience in a data analyst role, with at least 2 years in a
  lead or management role
  
• Strong
  understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  
• Proficient
  in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
  
• Experience
  with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
  
• Strong
  problem -solving and analytical skills
  
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication skills
