Your new role As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping analytical insights that influence enterprise-wide strategy and outcomes. You will:
Lead analytics projects and deliver key components from concept to execution.
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive stakeholders.
Provide subject matter expertise in statistical analysis, modelling, and performance reporting.
Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver high-value data-driven recommendations.
Guide and mentor analysts, providing quality checks and technical support.
Embed, optimise and champion the use of analytical software and tools across the team.
Proactively monitor data trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
Ensure all analytical outputs meet agreed standards with thorough documentation and peer review.
What you'll need to succeed To achieve success in this role, you'll need possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. You'll also need to:
Proven capability in developing statistical models, conducting advanced analysis, and solving complex problems.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.
High proficiency in Excel and solid programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, R, SAS, SPSS).
Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., SAS VA, QlikSense) including experience designing and implementing dashboards.
Advanced quantitative, statistical or financial modelling expertise.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
