We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and solutions in Azure. You will work closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to develop and optimize data architectures that support data-driven decision-making.

As an Senior Data Engineer, your key responsibilities include designing and developing robust data pipelines using Azure services such as Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data architectures, performing ETL/ELT operations, and integrating data from various sources. The role involves ensuring data quality, performance optimization, and applying best practices in data governance and security. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics needs.

• Experience in data engineering with strong exposure to Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL and DBT is must.
• Design, implementation, or support of a Data Lake environment
• Strong experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and big data processing.
• Advanced SQL and experience with PySpark or Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in data engineering.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Azure DevOps, and Terraform is a plus.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and security standards.
• Azure Data Engineer Associate certification would be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
