Senior Delivery Lead needed for IT Infrastructure project Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of multiple strategic technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Insurance.

Your new role
This role combines Program Management oversight across multiple initiatives with hands-on Delivery Leadership across key workstreams. You will partner closely with platform and technical leaders to shape delivery approaches, manage dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This opportunity is suited to a pragmatic, delivery-focused leader who enjoys being hands-on, driving accountability, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. There are no direct reports, with leadership exercised through influence across project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead delivery activities for critical workstreams within major technology programs.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution.
• Partner with technical and platform teams to structure, track, and deliver complex programs.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide clear delivery leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in Delivery Leadership or as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in Insurance or Financial Services
• Strong experience delivering complex technology programs within enterprise environments.
• Proven background in platform transformations, re-platforming, upgrades, or major platform enhancements.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Strong technical and infrastructure understanding, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and SMEs.
• Exposure to SIAM (Service Integration and Management) is advantageous.

What you'll get in return
The role offers a 12-month contract with potential to extend, and a day rate of $1300 + super (dependent on suitability). The role is based in Barangaroo, with a hybrid working setup (2-3 days in office).
