Senior Delivery Manager

The international IT company Andersen invites an organized, business-oriented Senior Delivery Manager to join our large team of over 200 technical and certified Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze, and evaluate business processes.
• Implement policies and procedures aimed at improving daily operations.
• Manage a department consisting of Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
• Manage the growth of project portfolios (open demands, internal account development).
• Manage initiatives such as seniority pyramid, project profitability, proposal conversion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting client expectations and managing them.
• Interact with stakeholders both internal and external.
• Develop and implement processes and methodologies to improve team productivity and the quality of delivered products or services.
• Manage risks and issues in projects, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT projects (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, change and risk management) for 4+ years.
• Experience working as a Delivery Manager for 2 years.
• Strong understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing a department of 20+ people.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Experience in proposal preparation, translating functional requirements into clear scopes of work, and managing project resources based on client needs.
• Excellent leadership qualities, communication skills, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
• English language – from Upper-Intermediate.
