About the Role

As our Senior Delivery Manager (Healthcare Integrations) in our Technology team, you'll lead the delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives across some of Australia's most complex healthcare environments.

Working closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams, you'll drive delivery from planning through to implementation, ensuring secure, scalable integration solutions are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare integration initiatives across enterprise technology platforms.
• Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable integration solutions.
• Manage delivery planning, governance, risks, dependencies and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering teams, vendors and delivery partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement across integration delivery practices while building trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

About You

• Australian Citizenship is required to meet customer and contractual requirements for this role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex enterprise integration initiatives within large, complex healthcare environments.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise integration solutions across multiple technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern integration patterns, APIs and technologies, including REST APIs, XML and JSON.
• Experience delivering integrations across digital health products and platforms.  
• Experience partnering with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, delivery governance and vendor management skills.
• Experience leading delivery in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR, will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to modern healthcare technology platforms and integration solutions, including Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake and Smile Digital Health (FHIR), will be highly regarded.
