The selected candidate will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the progression of diverse property projects, including medium to high-density residential, student accommodation, and hotel developments across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
• At least 8 years of experience in property development to manage projects from conception through to completion.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects progress smoothly and are delivered on time.
• Take ownership of key project phases including design, sales, marketing, planning, and delivery.
• Prepare, monitor, and report on project budgets, including coordinating project payments.
• Conduct program coordination and tracking to adhere to project timelines.
• Coordinate marketing materials and assist with project launches.
• Facilitate handover and settlement processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a property-related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong team-oriented approach.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality developments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects through their full life cycle within time and budget constraints.

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
