The Marketing Communications branch enhances the organisation's reputation amongst key stakeholders with a focus on participants. They deliver strategic and impactful media, marketing, and digital solutions, supported by market research and insights.

About the Role
The Senior Digital Delivery Officer (User Experience Research) will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and administrative activities required to effectively deliver a new website. This position is integral to the project delivery over the next 12 months, ensuring the website and associated microsites provide accessible, user-friendly, and evidence-based information and experiences.

• Manage research and engagement activities, including user testing with diverse user cohorts, to ensure a digitally inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly website.
• Coordinate and support the website redevelopment project and other development work on microsites.
• Lead and facilitate UX workshops and user testing to identify user needs, goals, and challenges.
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis, including using data from Google Analytics, SEM Rush, social media, CRM, and email.
• Set priorities and establish an ongoing operating rhythm for qualitative research to meet user needs and ensure digitally inclusive experiences.
• Provide sound administration and project management support, including data analysis, procurement, meeting coordination, proof reading, testing, and inbox management.
• Supervise team members performing related roles and manage stakeholder relationships.

About you
To thrive in this role, you need:

• Strong digital acumen and knowledge of best practice digital principles.
• Experience working with websites and/or digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
• Experience developing project briefs and scoping requirements with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a project team, lead project tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and user-research activities.
• Project management experience.
• Degree in digital or IT.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
• Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
• Must be an Australian Citizen.
