What might your days look like

As our Senior Digital Designers, you will be working with our incredible global creative team to drive growth and shape our vision to change employment for good.

Becoming our brand custodian and creative powerhouse, guiding and advising our global teams across all of our marketing content and beyond. The role is fully remote, requiring a self-starting team player with diverse experience across brand, design and creative – able to craft campaigns and design for all content types from digital, print and everything in-between across the Employment Hero house of brands. 

As our Senior Digital Designer, you’ll be:

• Create visually compelling assets across various platforms
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of projects
• Contribute creatively to discussions and offer design perspective
• Manage design projects, stakeholders, and problem solve
• Collaborate globally on integrated marketing campaigns
• Produce content across multiple media formats
• Mentor junior team members and enable non-designers to create on-brand content

What will you bring 

• 6+ years agency experience as a Senior Designer/Art Director in fast-paced marketing
• Strong portfolio of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and social content
• Passion for creativity, design innovation, and brand elevation through visual storytelling
• Strategic thinker translating business objectives into compelling creative solutions
• Excellent written/verbal communication for asynchronous global teamwork
• Self-starter/team player collaborating effectively across departments
• Big-picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, Google Slides, Canva
• Storyboarding impactful narratives with motion design/video expertise
• Experience in wireframing, UX/UI design, responsive web design
• Familiarity with website builders (Webflow, Wordpress, etc.)
• Portfolio demonstrating digital/print/social content skills
• Willingness to learn, flexible, proactive problem-solver
• Bonus: Motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Bonus: CSS/Javascript knowledge, working with frontend developers
• Bonus: HTML5, Google Web Designer experience
