Our team of project managers, business analysts and change practitioners are responsible for planning and delivering projects that help RACV deliver value for our members and customers.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will be tasked with successful delivery of the TE&B Re-Platform project , which consists of multiple inter-related projects to consolidate RACV’s digital travel, experience and benefit assets to a common e-commerce platform.

Success in the role will be underpinned by your ability to proactively lead a team of indirect reports and vendors to deliver to an agreed plan (time, cost, quality); as well as the ability to interact and influence business stakeholders from all levels within the organisation :

• End to end project management (scoping, planning, delivery, and closure / transition) of identified digital e-commerce initiatives to intended business outcomes within an Agile delivery environment
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to create an environment that supports collaboration, drives project quality, and assures project and business outcomes. Lead Project Steering Committees and relevant governance groups
• Collaborate with the procurement team in sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation. Manage third party vendors to agreed standards; act as point of contact and escalation for project matters.
• Lead change management activities as required to ensure that changes resulting from projects under management are adopted by impacted teams and transitioned to operational teams for ongoing management
• Drive outcomes by coordinating necessary activities across multiple teams (internal and external) including managing interdependencies, to ensure that project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively managed. Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring.

• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field is essential
• Certification in Project Management (Prince2 and/or PMBOK) essential
• Agile SAFe certification highly desirable
• ITIL Certification also desirable
