AeroPM is seeking a Senior Engineer with a strong Capability Management or CASG background, who understands the One Defence Capability System, delivers premium quality precision-based outcomes, provides strategic and tactical skills to ensure success and a high performer that constantly delights their client.

Role Details:

• Role Title: Senior Engineer


• Start Date: 30 January 2024 (flexible 3 weeks either side)


• Location: Canberra

Position Requirements:

• Engineering degree


• Capability Management or CASG experience


• Knowledge of (and experience with) the development of Defence capability documents


• Risk management experience


• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills


• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills


• Highly developed teamwork and collaboration skills
