The Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Roads & Highways, to support the delivery of Roads & Highways projects across South Australia and nationally.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality civil design solutions across major infrastructure projects. You’ll contribute to technical delivery, support project outcomes, and play a key role in maintaining quality, coordination, and performance across design packages.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer to further develop their design capability, contribute to major projects, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver civil design across Roads & Highways projects, producing high-quality engineering outputs
• Provide technical input across design packages and support project delivery
• Prepare engineering reports and contribute to tender proposals
• Ensure all analysis and design work meets relevant standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated, timely delivery
• Contribute to the technical success and overall performance of projects and the team

About You

You are a capable Civil Engineer with a background in engineering consultancy and a passion for delivering quality design outcomes.

You will bring:

• 6+ years’ experience in civil design within infrastructure projects
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong civil design capability, ideally within Roads & Highways projects
• Experience using relevant software such as 12d, CIRCLY, and AutoCAD
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required by projects
