We are currently looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing Natural Resources team in Perth. We are looking for someone with a broad range of experience across mining, oil & gas, and natural resources. 

• First principles estimating in the energy and resources sector
• Preparation of capital cost estimates to meet industry standard estimate classification guidelines
• Application and efficient utilisation of approved work breakdown and cost breakdown structures
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team, to ensure that all deliverables are met
• Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates,
• Analysis of construction project change and the provision of feedback on areas of risk and opportunities
• Working collaboratively and seamlessly with all other key project and programme functions such as; cost, risk and planning teams
• Analyse and assess costs and estimates provided by suppliers and contractors
• Providing process and technical estimating support production of feasibility studies
• Provide estimating support to manage project budget and scope (Value Engineering)

• Must be in Australia and full working rights. 
• A recognised Degree Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, MRICS / AIQS accreditation or other relevant qualification is ideal
• At least 5-10 years relevant estimating work experience
• relevant sector experience – preferably in Natural resources
• Proficient in the use of CostX, Unifer, Ecosys, PRISM, Candy or other equivalent tools
• Proficient in the use of Excel
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with report writing skills; and
• Highly motivated and passionate individual, showing a clear ability to deliver great outcomes for clients.
