The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our Group Technology team. Reporting to the Manager – End User Computing, this role is responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Crown’s end user computing infrastructure across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

This role plays a key part in supporting and optimising modern workplace technologies, managing incidents and service requests, and leading infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management. It offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on operational excellence and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure proactively to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across EUC platforms to maintain business continuity.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
• Support project delivery and contribute to the design and implementation of new systems.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures across all Crown properties.
• Provide training and support to IT teams and end users to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

About You

You are a technically skilled and service-oriented professional with deep expertise in end user computing. You bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

You will also bring:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in ICT, with a focus on EUC or modern workplace engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments and managing infrastructure in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator).

This role includes a rotational on-call support roster, which may involve after-hours and weekend availability to respond to critical incidents or service disruptions. Candidates are expected to have the flexibility to provide support outside standard business hours as part of a shared team schedule.
