Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to clients across residential and commercial lending

- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive referral business

- Meet and exceed monthly lending targets through strategic business development

- Create and execute annual business plans based on market knowledge

- Maintain highest standards of compliance and professional conduct

- Collaborate with referral partners including financial planners and accountants

The Ideal Candidate:

• Banking experience in lending/credit assessment highly regarded
• Proven experience in mortgage broking with strong industry knowledge
• Previous experience working within major banks' lending departments preferred
• Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets
• Team player mentality (sporting background highly regarded)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service excellence
• Valid MFAA membership and relevant industry qualifications
• Understanding of bank credit policies and lending criteria
• Experience in assessing lending applications and structuring finance solutions
