The Role

As a Senior Financial Account within the Finance and Reporting Team, you will play a vital role with statutory reporting and become the technical expert to ensure expectations are met within a highly regulated listed environment. You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Lead statutory reporting activities, ensuring all governance, compliance and regulatory requirements for a listed entity are met to a high standard.
• Manage the full annual financial reporting cycle, including consolidation accounting, equity accounting and the calculation of non‑controlling interests.
• Oversee the preparation of annual and interim financial statements, coordinating complex consolidations and producing accurate disclosure notes in line with IFRS/AASB and ASX obligations.
• Interpret and implement new accounting standards, preparing clear technical position papers and liaising with management and external auditors to support compliance and decision‑making.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 year's years relevant experience having trained in Big4 or Mid-tier audit and having at least 1 year's experience within an industry-based role.

• Big 4 or Mid-tier audit trained, with a minimum of 1 +_ year's experience within industry.
• It will be highly regarded if you have previous experience reporting within an ASX listed business.
• You must have a strong technical backing
