Description

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USGAAP
• Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; working towards CA/ CPA.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP, SOX, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
