With the latest technologies, fast internet and incredible venue services, we make seamless global event delivery effortless.About the Role Located in the heart of the CBD, you will support the Venue Manager and Operations team in the day-to-day running of the two venues. Our events delivery business is diverse and tailored to our clients – from corporate training to planning days, team-building events, exams and corporate cocktail parties. No two days are the same! Your previous experience will ensure the highest levels of client service, facility management and general presentation are delivered. On a day-to-day level, you will: Manage a high-volume front desk for multiple clients each dayMeet & greet clients each day, ensuring they have everything they need for their event and actioning any additional requests.Ensure the client break-out areas and rooms are well-presented from the start and throughout the day.Assist with general guest services and requests.Support the Venue Manager with training and rostering of casual staff membersUpdate event details, input client data and process invoices accurately using our CRMAbout YouWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
