Senior FP&A Analyst

T+O+M Executive and I are working exclusively with a multi-national, large ASX and NYSE listed group to recruit a Group Senior FP&A Analyst with exceptional commercial business partnering skills. This top 10 global leader in digital space is a large service and digital products provider that is rapidly investing in capex projects to fortify their digital transformation.

As the Senior FP&A Analyst at a group level, you will play a key role in business partnering with senior finance and business executives with actionable commercial insights and commentary.

Role responsibilities:

• Prepare and present business cases, commentary on variance analysis and financial results to group executives in Australia and New York.
• Drive timely analysis and insights on periodic reporting of financial and non-financial KPIs, trends and competitor analysis.
• Partner with group strategy team to drive group strategy through the FP&A team.
• Assist and review business cases for new and ongoing projects in liaison with project owners and department heads.
• Analysis of financial performance of projects and provide commercial insights from variance analysis for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Recognise risks and commercial opportunities for the group.
• Ad hoc analysis as required by the senior management.
• Continuous improvements of analysis and reporting.

About you:

• CA or CPA qualification with over 6 years of audit or commercial partnering experience.
• Big 4 audit manager background with key senior stakeholder management experience.
• Confident communication skills and problem-solving ability
