About the Role 

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting across Telstra Health. Working closely with Finance and business leaders, you will transform complex financial data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making, support strategic priorities and improve business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building financial models and driving continuous process improvements. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across Telstra Health. 
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and performance insights. 
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. 
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investment and resource allocation decisions. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, forecasting, systems and data quality. 
• Prepare monthly financial reviews and presentations for senior stakeholders. 
• Collaborate across Finance and key business functions to drive informed decision-making. 

About You 

• Experience in a FP&A Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar commercial finance role. 
• Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting. 
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in ERP and business intelligence platforms such as Dynamics, Workday Adaptive and Power BI.  
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving. 
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. 
• CPA or CA qualified preferred.
