Senior Full Stack Developer | Manager

This role is being offered as a 12-month Maximum term contract.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet  the needs of our clients.

What you’ll do: 

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. 

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. 

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and shared application components. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks. 

• Proficiency in back-end technologies and databases. 

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 

• Excellent understanding of version control management (e.g., Git). 

• Proficient problem-solving and debugging skills. 

• Proficient understanding of cloud infrastructure. 

• Proven experience working with logging and networking issues on major applications. 

• A seasoned and senior expert who leads the delivery of results through others and provides advice vertically and horizontally. 

• Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided. 

• A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams. 

• You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and your team, in support of the broader BU agenda. 

• Ability to influence others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business and BU level. 

• Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.
