Senior Graphic Designer

Shimano Australia Fishing is currently accepting applications for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to work onsite in our Caringbah head office.

The primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• End-to-End Content Creation: Conceptualise & execute designs


• Digital platform-ready creative assets including website, EDM, social, banners, product imagery, customer and tradeshow signage, and promotional graphics, applying UX best practices to strengthen the online brand experience.


• Product design – rod designs, product packaging and labelling, swing tags and apparel ensuring finishes reflect the Shimano aesthetic, meet production specifications, and deliver a premium finish


• Produce a broad range of print marketing collateral including flyers, instore point of sale, dealer digital asset packs, and event-specific materials, maintaining brand consistency across every touchpoint


• Assist with photoshoot asset selection, editing, and organisation, maintaining clear file management standards and accessible creative libraries


• Maintain branded website imagery across internal & e-commerce retailer websites including web-based materials that enhance the user experience and drive engagement, including website banners, articles, landing pages, and other visual elements


• Edit video and motion content for campaigns bringing the Shimano brand to life through dynamic visual storytelling


• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Tertiary or College Design qualification


• Broad design experience in graphic design


• Advanced level of proficiency in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign, After Effects


• Strong experience in digital design, EDMs and campaign execution


• A proactive attitude, passion for design, and a keen eye for branding, typography, and layout


• Able to demonstrate a history of creative work through a dedicated portfolio


• Photography expertise is highly valued


• Prior exposure within the fishing industry is highly regarded

This position is a key creative force within the Marketing team. Working closely with the team, you will be responsible for the translation of our brand vision & creative direction, producing high‑quality design solutions, and ensuring brand consistency and that all visual communication is impactful, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of the brand’s standards of excellence. The successful candidate will be working onsite in our Caringbah Head Office and be required to a work 8:24am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
