Wilson Security is seeking a fast, adaptable and highly organised Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works at pace, and is confident engaging directly with stakeholders to get things done.

You’ll support the business by delivering high-quality, on-brand design across a wide range of assets - from executive presentations through to large-format and operational branding.

About the Role

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing and managing design assets across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, as well as operational teams, and will be trusted to prioritise requests and meet tight deadlines.

This role suits someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and happy to go the extra mile - speaking directly with stakeholders rather than relying on others to brief or chase information.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations for C-suite and senior leadership


• Create a wide range of branded assets including:

  • Marketing and sales collateral
  
  
  • Reports, proposal templates and internal communications
  
  
  • Large-format assets (e.g. signage, solar poles, vehicle livery)
  
  
  • Digital and print materials
  
  
  
  

• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and prioritise urgent executive work over day-to-day tasks when required


• Liaise directly with stakeholders across the business to clarify briefs and deliver outcomes efficiently


• Ensure all work aligns with Wilson Security’s brand guidelines


• Support the marketing team with ad hoc design tasks as required

About You

You are a practical, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering polished, professional work.

You will bring:

• Strong experience in PowerPoint design, particularly for executive and board-level audiences


• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills


• A proactive approach - comfortable speaking directly with stakeholders at all levels


• A willingness to take on a wide variety of design tasks, no matter the format or size


• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability


• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a Graphic Design role (in-house or agency)


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)


• Proven experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations


• Experience designing for both print and digital formats


• Understanding of brand application across diverse assets and environments
