About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Creative team in the role of Senior Graphic Designer - Brand & Marketing reporting to the Head of Creatiave.

The Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing) is a pivotal member of the creative team, owning the development of T2’s brand and marketing design and championing its consistent application across the total business.

This role oversees the creative design of marketing assets across all channels — including campaigns, website, digital content, and brand toolkit — ensuring a fresh, modern and future-facing interpretation of the T2 brand.

Working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider Marketing Team, the Senior Graphic Designer will champion brand consistency, creative excellence, and innovative design thinking that drives engagement, brand love, and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concept development, design, and finished artwork for all marketing campaigns, brand toolkits, web content, and promotional assets.
• Partner with the Head of Creative to interpret brand strategy into inspiring, commercially effective creative executions.
• Lead development of a long-term brand platform to drive cohesion and consistency across all touchpoints working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, own and maintain T2’s brand visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels and markets.
• Develop and oversee the design and production of assets for T2’s website, email marketing, social media, in-store communications, and events.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, digital teams, and external partners like media agency to deliver high-quality, channel-optimised creative.
• Ensure creative outputs reflect an understanding of target audiences, cultural trends, and retail marketing best practice.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other creative team members, fostering a culture of creativity, craft, and innovation
