Senior Hotel Bartender - Urgent

The Role

We are looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic Senior Hotel Bartender to join our hotel in the Food & Beverage Department. Your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

• Ability to provide our guests with high quality and personalised service throughout their dining and bar experience
• Operational duties, including cleaning and polishing, setting up and packing down, taking orders and cash handling 
• Have strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and spirits 
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently at the bar managing the POS system, taking orders and delivering services
• Be flexible to work across different outlets and shifts, including restaurant, bar, In-Room dining and events operations as needed

About You

To excel in the role, you should have; 

• A passion for the hospitality industry and food and beverage service
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role
• Experience in a 5-star Hotel Bar would be highly beneficial
• Available to work evening shifts including weekends, public holidays, and some late nights depending on business needs
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
