Senior Housekeeping Room Attendant (All Rounder) - Unlimited Growth Potential

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Senior Housekeeping Room Attendant (All Rounder) on a full-time basis but also be doing casual supervising duties in the absence of management. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will work on a rotating 5-day roster including weekends.

About the role:

You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and work closely alongside the hotel team to ensure ongoing standards of excellence.

We want you to "own" this role and will give you great autonomy, in return, you will be provided with the support and tools you need to ensure you reach your full potential.

About You:

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a Hotel Housekeeping team leader or supervisory role and possess a strong understanding of 5-star hotel cleanliness standards. Further to this, you are a team player with great communication skills who relishes interacting with guests and your colleagues.

Our housekeeping team works between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm (maximum of 8-hour shifts). Candidates with flexibility and enthusiasm to work when required (including weekends and public holidays) will be highly regarded.
