What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Advisor position brings a wealth of experience from previous roles. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, you have developed a comprehensive understanding of Fair Work Legislation, Awards, and recent legislative changes. Your experience extends to payroll auditing and approvals as well as conducting complex investigations and disciplinary processes. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your practical approach to problem-solving. You are confident in your decision-making abilities, particularly when dealing with sensitive matters. Your resilience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment set you apart.
