What you'll do:
As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the complexities of industrial relations, providing expert advice on Fair Work Legislation, Awards, and recent legislative changes. Your role will involve auditing and approving payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will be entrusted with conducting complex investigations and disciplinary processes, demonstrating your strong analytical skills and practical approach to problem-solving. Leading multiple priorities and demands will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your ability to make confident decisions regarding sensitive matters will be crucial in this role, always considering potential risks and impacts for the business. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Advisor position brings a wealth of experience from previous roles.
