Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour days,

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager
Company size: 70 Employees in Perth, 5000 employees globally
MUST HAVE: HR Generalist experience; including Remuneration & Benefits, L&D, Employee Relations and Power BI systems experience.
POSITION DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for providing generalist human resource support at the direction ofthe Senior HR Manager in Perth.
The key areas of focus of this role include: recruitment, payroll, learning &development, remuneration and benefit management, people analytics and employee relations. This role willalso focus on improving data quality and processes across the employee lifecycle in Perth.
Responsibilities:- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Support Snr Manager HR with design, development and implementation of learning and leadership management frameworks to build organisational capability
- Co-ordinate payroll function via outsourced provider to deliver super level of service
- Continue to implement and maintain remuneration and job architecture framework, conduct benchmarking activities and undertake job evaluations in line with Korn Ferry Hay methodology
- Manage and investigate workplace grievances and remain abreast of relevant employee relations legislative updates and changes
Skills and Experience:- Up to 10 years experience working as HR Generalist in a large corporate, ideally with some exposure to the oil and gas sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience across a broad range of HR related areas
- Experience managing outsourced payroll function
- Highly self-motivated with a positive & proactive “can do” attitude who can work under tight deadlines, as well as being effective at multi-tasking
- Demonstrated experience managing grievances/workplace investigations with sensitivity, empathy and confidentiality
- Able to build, develop and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Tertiary qualifications in in HR or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel, including an exposure to Power Bi
- Sound verbal and written communication skills with a focus on producing accurate and engaging content
