Job Description - Senior HR Advisor/HR Advisor | Enabling Areas | 12-month FTC | Sydney

Due to parental leave movements, we have two 12-month fixed-term opportunities available: one Senior HR Consultant/Advisor and one HR Consultant/Advisor. These roles are based in Sydney and will suit people who are confident building relationships across all levels and are passionate about creating a positive experience for our people.


What will your typical day look like?


No two days in these roles will be the same. As part of the Enabling Areas Talent team, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver practical, people-focused solutions. You’ll help drive key talent activities across your portfolios and the broader Enabling Areas business, using data, analysis and insights to support decision making and continuous improvement. You’ll also collaborate with local and national client groups, while working closely with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations to deliver exceptional HR generalist support to our business.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 


You will have: 



  • Relevant HR generalist, HR Advisor or HR Consultant experience, ideally including exposure to Employee Relations (ER) processes and employee lifecycle activities

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner confidently with leaders, teams and colleagues across different levels

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional services or complex business environment, with the ability to deliver practical and people-focused talent solutions

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively with peers, specialist Talent teams and broader business stakeholders

  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights and use these to support decision making and continuous improvement
