The Business Partnering team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to ensure that Griffith University has a capable, engaged and productive workforce that is fit to deliver its strategic and operational goals.
The Senior Business Partner applies expertise and judgment to identify opportunities and address challenges with the aim of unleashing the potential of our workforce. This position will work across a diverse workforce and will be supported by a HR Business Partner as well as collaborating across the HR Division.

We have a full time continuing, and a fixed term 6-month position available (all applications will be considered for both), based at our Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across our other campuses on occasion.
Salary
HEW 10 - Base - $147,057.74 + 17% super - Full package - $172,057.55.
