Senior Human Resources Advisor - 3- 6 Month Contract

The Role
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR advice and support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. From developing new HR strategies to implementing solutions, you'll have the opportunity to ideate, communicate, and execute innovative ideas that drive meaningful change. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner, providing guidance on employer/employee relations issues.
• Offer expert advice on employment legislation, industrial instruments, and remuneration.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to identify and implement HR initiatives aligned with our People Strategic Plan.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
• Facilitate annual HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in HR and organisational development.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in change management and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in industrial relations is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required.
