Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to become a HammerTech expert so that assistance is provided in all facets of implementation including solution analysis, configuration, project planning, training material creation, training delivery and ongoing implementation support. Secondary to implementation, is to aid in the day-to-day business administration activities of HammerTech, with tasks ranging from responding to customer support tickets, assisting in the upkeep of our online knowledge base, and undertaking continuous improvement on HammerTech processes.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience
Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar, or equivalent commercial experience
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferable)
Around 3 – 4 years’ experience in building and delivering systems-based training programs, including generation of material to be used within programs
Experience in undertaking any activities within the Quality, Health, Safety or Environment space
Experience in business process improvement (desirable)
Experience within or understanding of the building and construction industry or similar (preferred but not essential)
Experience in change management (preferable)

Superior customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
Keen attention to detail, ensuring team processes are thoroughly documented and maintained to a high standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Adept at managing competing priorities, meeting client expectations and achieving set goals and deadlines
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within a group
Positive attitude with an outgoing and approachable demeanour
What You’ll Do:
Consult with clients to analyse requirements and develop bespoke solution designs, including formal documentation
Configure enterprise client environments to meet requirements outlined in the implementation concept design or analysis activity
Project manage and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients during the implementation phase
Provide training, coaching, and support to clients during the implementation phase, through both remote facilitation and face-to-face sessions
Generate and maintain customised implementation, training plans, and materials tailored to unique client needs
Offer technical troubleshooting and ongoing support for both new and existing clients
Maintain internal project management and reporting systems with timely and accurate information, including status reporting to internal management and clients
Assist with business administration tasks, such as updating knowledge base articles and support documents
Lead or participate in project work as required
Engage in continuous professional development to learn and implement new system features and functionality
Perform other duties as reasonably required from a Senior Implementation Specialist
