The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to join our national Industrial Relations team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic IR outcomes across a diverse and complex business, partnering with operational leaders, People & Culture teams and senior stakeholders to drive best-practice industrial and employee relations initiatives.
Reporting to the National Industrial Relations Manager, you will provide expert advice and support across enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution, compliance, workforce planning and industrial strategy while helping the business achieve its operational and commercial objectives.
