Interior Designer Role:
  
You will be working hand in hand with the Interiors Director, who is genuine and delightful. With a very inclusive and flat approach to the team structure and way of working, as a senior interior designer will play a leading role on projects, running and working in projects from end to end, managing client and consultants, stakeholders and alike and mentoring and guiding interior designers.
The entire team collaborates on projects, so you will have a leading role, both hands-on and guiding others within the team.

About you:
  
You will be someone who loves what they do, is passionate design, good eye and loves working across a variety of project and designing for people. You will also be someone who loves working on the projects too and sharing and mentoring others to create great collaborative results. As you will be in projects and remain hands on you will also need to lead by example and have strong software skills in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop.
  
Ideally you will have:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial interior design practice or environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants and internal team members
  • Strong presentation and rendering skills; InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, will be highly regarded
  • Strong Revit and documentation skills
  • Solution focused – demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects, clients and teams
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover
  • Enjoy building relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
  • Proven ability to work on and manage more than one project at a time
