Job Description - Senior Key Accounts Manager

We are expanding our Food Service team and have a unique opportunity for a Senior Key Accounts Manager with a passion for Coffee and the Food & Beverage industry to join our Sales team in New South Wales. Critical to this role is the ability to generate sales in key channels with a focus on corporate business development objectives. You must be entrepreneurial in nature and understand the market in which Vittoria is positioned. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced family owned Australian business, employing 250 people, with offices in all states of Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be given the tools and opportunity to thrive in a diverse role, developing and building on existing relationships. Experience in either Hotels, Office, Institutional, QSR, Convenience or other major accounts in the Food & Beverage Industry is essential.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Strong business and customer relationships at senior executive levels within your speciality Food & Beverage sector of expertise
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales
  • A successful track record in winning new business across key accounts
  • In depth knowledge and understanding in your key sector and channel

  • Highly professional and well presented
  • Well networked in your sector
  • Ability to review, identify and improve profitability and growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
  • A track record of successful negotiation outcomes and successes
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience winning and maintaining high profile, high volume accounts
  • Knowledge of the Food Service channel and knowledge of the coffee industry preferred
