Your new role This is a senior opportunity for a confident family lawyer looking to step into a trusted, autonomous role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing complex family law matters with minimal supervision Advising clients on non-litigious pathways, including collaborative and negotiated outcomes Running files end-to-end with a focus on quality, strategy and client care Contributing to mentoring and development of junior lawyers as appropriate Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have:
5+ years post-admission experience in family law Strong technical capability paired with excellent judgment and empathy A genuine interest in resolution-focused practice Confidence managing files independently Alignment with a values-driven, wellbeing-focused cultureCultural fit and values alignment are critical.
