We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia! This role is located in Sydney. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for owning and further developing our Australian Legal function.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary role, we are specifically looking for someone who: 

• Has experience across a range of financial services, corporate, and governance matters in Australia


• Can deliver clear, risk-aware legal advice


• Is proactive, responsive, and able to operate with a high degree of independence and initiative 


• is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
