Skills & experienceThe successful candidate will have at least 7 years pae in Corporate Law (including Corporate Advisory and ASX or US listing rules). This will have been gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will be a team player and able to adapt and advise on a wide range of matters. You will be a strong communicator able to interact and build relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
