• Navigating Intellectual Property & Technology Law
• Championing Franchising Law Initiatives
• Mastering Competition & Consumer Law Dynamics
• Steering through Dispute Resolution

  
ABOUT YOU:

• Admission as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practising certificate
• Minimum 7 years of post-admission experience
• Background in Corporate Commercial law and Technology Law preferred
• Exposure to Franchising Law is highly valued
• Proactive flexibility and ability to navigate legal landscapes independently
• Impeccable problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
