About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the creation and embedment of the enterprise customer strategy. The role contributes CX insights to the development and delivery of Allianz Australia's strategic business plans, with an emphasis on identification and steering of high impact cross-divisional initiatives which are key to the uplift of customer sentiment and experience.

  • Orchestrate the scoping, design, and tracking of enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives that deliver on the customer strategy.
  • Develop, refine, and embed the organisational Customer Strategy, ensuring divisional priority roadmaps align with the future customer vision.
  • Drive and enable a CX Engine room, ensuring cohesion across customer-led decisioning in the organisation.
  • Own and deliver the Customer Steering Committee, engaging General Managers and key local and global stakeholders to ensure maximum-impact agenda coverage
  • Coordinate key customer-focused programs, including the annual Customer Festival and cross-OE best-practice sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging trends and competitor activity, applying customer sentiment analytics to generate industry insights and inform enterprise improvements, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Voice of Customer (VoC), and strategic planning inputs for the Board and Senior Executives.

About you

  • Degree in Marketing, Data, Behavioral Economics, or a related field, with a preference for postgraduate studies or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in customer insights and organisational strategy, or a related field
  • Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate in matrixed environments and build strong partnerships across functions, including at an executive level.
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, process, and technology to business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker who can design directional roadmaps (multi-year) while driving near-term execution (6-12 months).
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
