We are currently recruiting multiple driven and experienced leaders to join this enhanced function.
The Senior Manager Financial Crime Sanctions, ABC, FACTA/CRS will report directly to the Executive, Financial Crime Risk (and Deputy MLRO).
You will be the lead subject matter expert for Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and Tax Transparency (FATCA/CRS). Your primary purpose is to design and deliver robust risk management strategies for all non-AML/CTF/Fraud financial crime risks, ensuring the bank maintains a resilient and defensible framework against these dynamic threats.
You will own the end-to-end risk management strategy for these critical areas. This includes everything from policy design and implementation to providing expert advice and effective second-line oversight.
