About the role
As the Senior Manager (Grade 7), Facilities & Engineering Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Engineering Services across Barwon Health, ensuring the safe, reliable and sustainable operation of the critical infrastructure that supports exceptional patient care.
Reporting to the Director – Facilities & Engineering Services, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee technical governance, manage operational risk, and drive engineering excellence across a diverse portfolio of healthcare facilities. As the organisation's senior technical leader, you will provide expert engineering advice, champion innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure engineering services remain compliant, resilient and responsive to the evolving needs of one of Victoria's largest regional health services.
