What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Partner Success team
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with partners to maximise engagement and retention
- Driving strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth and long-term value
- Leveraging insights and data to inform decisions and optimise partner outcomes
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuously improving processes, tools and ways of working
- Setting clear goals, tracking performance and ensuring your team consistently delivers against expectations

- Extensive experience in partner success, account management or customer success within the technology or SaaS space
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and retention outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence and lead through change
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

Background Checks
