What you’ll be doing
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Partner Success team
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with partners to maximise engagement and retention
  • Driving strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth and long-term value
  • Leveraging insights and data to inform decisions and optimise partner outcomes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuously improving processes, tools and ways of working
  • Setting clear goals, tracking performance and ensuring your team consistently delivers against expectations

What we’re looking for
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment
  • Extensive experience in partner success, account management or customer success within the technology or SaaS space
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and retention outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence and lead through change
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Passion for developing people and creating high-performing, engaged teams
  • Adaptable, resilient and excited by working in a dynamic, evolving environment

Background Checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
