What more could you ask for? Apply today! In this position, you will directly support the Bega Group's Juice and Food sites, reporting to the General Manager of Capital Engineering. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects and initiatives, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, and liaising with other departments and stakeholders to guarantee timely project delivery and identify areas for improvement. This role is vital to the success of the Bega Group's juice and food Operations team and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities

• Delivery of capital program through development of capital submissions and technical solution
  
  
• Development of capital program into years 2-5 through site project engineering teams
  
  
• Project execution (delivery of scope, budget, time) through procurement, installation planning, commissioning and transition to qualification and validation, of capital projects
  
  
• Manage a portfolio of contracts, including negotiating service-level agreements and coordinating activities with contractors.
  
  
• Evaluate proposed complex products and services to determine their feasibility and relevance. Assess them against current and future site capabilities. Make any necessary changes to the proposals.
  
  

About you

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a background in FMCG
  
  
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and a strong background in project management.
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• The ability to build relationships and influence others across the broader business.
  
  
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, allowing you to meet project deadlines.
