This role leads the performance and assurance function that underpins the Standard Working Timetable (SWTT), turning operational performance data into the insights that keep customers moving safely and reliably.

About you:
You're an experienced people leader with a strong track record in data analysis and assurance, ideally within rail or a complex operational environment.
You bring sound judgement in interpreting performance data and translating it into practical recommendations, alongside the credibility to engage senior stakeholders across agencies.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience are essential, as is comfort operating with autonomy while knowing when to escalate complex, high-impact decisions.
