Senior Manager, Site Experience - Sydney or Melbourne Remote

Our Team

Our team is a dynamic group of marketing professionals dedicated to crafting a world-class site experience for our customers. We work collaboratively across various departments to ensure our website is engaging, optimized, and delivering outstanding results.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement category experience strategies to improve product offerings and increase engagement.


• Collaborate with the PxE, SEO, and Category Merchandising teams to drive product optimizations.


• Lead the evaluation and socialization of site testing and experimentation plans.


• Manage the daily performance and continuous improvement of the ANZS websites.


• Integrate usability studies and market analysis into user experience recommendations.


• Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, encouraging their professional development.
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of digital product/website management experience.


• Proven ability to optimize end-to-end customer experiences.


• High proficiency in website analytics and CRO tools.


• Strong commercial competence and analytical skills.


• Outstanding collaborator management and communication skills.
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Headless commerce, ideally Contentful.


• Familiarity with JIRA and agile project management.


• Background in B2B and B2C digital environments.
