  • Deliver the ASX Delivery Framework, and be responsible for delivering against its vision, standards, roadmap, ongoing operation and evolution.

  • Maintain a deep, working understanding of the ASX Delivery Framework, ensuring it is fit for purpose, understood, consistently applied and aligned to regulatory and business needs.

  • Support management of enterprise delivery dependencies, working with EPMO, portfolio and delivery leaders to identify, surface and resolve cross-initiative impacts and risks.

  • Focus on ongoing process improvement and continuous uplift of EPMO practices and ways of working. Collaborate and work closely with the ADF Transformation team to support the evolution of the ASX Delivery Framework.

  • Oversee the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and Enterprise Planning & Strategy Execution functions, ensuring consistent portfolio governance, dependency management, standards and insights.

  • Review and run enterprise planning cycles and governance forums, enabling effective decision-making across strategy, portfolio and delivery.

  • Provide enterprise-level oversight and assurance on portfolio health, strategy execution, delivery maturity and framework adoption.

  • Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working

  • Work with Finance and project team on budget oversight

  • Partner closely with the Head of Enterprise Delivery, Planning & Governance and the ADF Transformation Manager to ensure the Delivery Framework is implemented effectively, while clearly separating product ownership from transformation delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality Executive and Board-level reporting, including strategy execution performance, dependency impacts, portfolio insights, risks and regulatory considerations.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Delivery Framework, planning and governance practices using performance data, feedback and assurance outcomes.

  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role-modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.

  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end-to-end enterprise outcomes.

  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.

  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities and trade-offs.

  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role's function and the broader ASX context.

  • Execute the role with a pragmatic, delivery-focused and risk-informed style, balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.

  • Support the GM Enterprise Enablement through strategic counsel, issue resolution and delivery of agreed enterprise priorities.

  • Present insights and recommendations at Executive and Board-level forums, as required.

  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.

  • Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Tertiary qualification in business, strategy, governance, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Senior experience leading enterprise strategy execution, planning or governance functions in a large, complex organisation.

  • Experience operating in regulated environments, supporting governance, assurance and compliance outcomes.

  • Highly developed senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, market infrastructure or other highly regulated sectors.

  • Exposure to delivery frameworks, agile or hybrid operating models.

  • Exposure to ways of working with continuous delivery and persistent teams.

  • Experience supporting regulatory reviews, external assurance or audits.
